USF's education is pretty good however, UF is still the top public school in the Southeast. BUT a big part in choosing the right school, is also what you plan on getting your degree in and what career path is. For example, I originally went to school for Physical therapy, UF's Masters program was the best in Florida, FSU didn't even have it as an undergrad option and USF was brand new to it.
