ADD. tina, why did you immediately assumed it was the lady asking for the divorce? just curious. his / her avatar name is inventor..it could go either way. dont you think? and uncontested is just that, nothing to fight about. anyone that makes you believe different is trying to get into the fray. i got a divorce, in florida, with two kids, and a home, and we did it that way.
well, unless he is agreeing to everything you want, there is no uncontested divorce when three kids and property is involved. Look online for cheap family lawyers or a paralegal is cheap to do our paperwork and file it with the courts for you. then you speak your own mind in court.
