Why dont you go out and do some comunity service?? Donate clothes… or well I dont want to say buy a stranger some food or they might follor you around… but go do sommunity service that caters to that.

but,every person suffering from insomnia has the tendency to blame it on something or someone else,(like road noisy,neighbor annoying,bills to pay, "my job stressing me ")
