Any veteran who is homeless is a shame to the nation, the veteran once served. The VA has made the homeless veteran a priority in finding these veterans and providing the services they need to get off the street. As a veteran and an advocate for solving the homeless problem, in my nation, it is my concern that there should be no homeless person in the US. There is great difficulty in assessing the number of homeless veterans. Check out the links below.

the military consists of our best and our brightest. Just because some bum is standing along side an exit ramp with a cardboard sign that says "homeless vet" written with a sharpie doesn't make it so.
