Florida actually didn’t get a $25 billion exemption — however they did grandfathered out of receiving cuts in Medicare Advantage – which could amount to a savings of $120 billion. John McCain tried to amend the health care bill to allow all the states to be grandfathered in…. guess what? 57 Democrats voted against it — because that one bribe was only needed for Florida and New York’s votes.

I wish. I am in Florida. That is not what we got, we just got grandfathered in that there will be no cuts to Medicare Advantage, and I believe it was 5 billion,not 25 billion.
