Im 14 and I need Learning Service Hours for my school. I am interested in politics and was hoping I could do something that I would enjoy. I could intern somewhere but I want it to be in politics so I have an early start. I don’t live in D.C. or anything, i live in Florida. I would appreciate if you guys gave me some ideas!!!

First of all don’t commit yourself to either party yet! Learn as much as you can about each party.
Start at the local level, talk to your mayor. I bet he would have pointers for you!
As you get older you can go to city government , state government then to Federal.
Go to your counselors at school and ask what courses would most benefit you and your future career.
Join a debating team at your school. A politician needs to get his ideas across to his constituents! Good Luck!
