Local Law Firm Hosts Free Seminars on Condo, HOA and Co-op Laws

Leading South Florida community association law firm Kaye & Bender P.L. announces its fourth annual series of free seminars in Broward and Palm Beach counties. During the seminars, Kaye & Bender attorneys will introduce, review and explain the new changes to the laws recently passed by the state legislature.

“House Bill 1195, which in some aspects is viewed as a ‘glitch’ or correction bill, became effective July 1, 2011, and addresses many of the confusing or inconsistent legislation passed in recent years affecting condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations,” said Robert Kaye, Managing Member of Kaye & Bender. “The purpose of these seminars is to make the effort to provide to the public as much clarity as possible in the changes in the law, as well as answer any questions community leaders have about the recent legislation, issues in their communities and general hot topics.”

I need a good summer camp in North Palm Beach County?

My son is 13 and we are having a hard time finding a good summer camp. He likes to play basketball and swim. Some camps are only noon until 2 and I work. Any recommendations? Palm Beach Gardens-Jupiter Preferrably 8-4

This place is horrible,you walk in and they throw you onto a computer to search craigslist for jobs basically.I’m looking for an actual state ran employment office that HELPS you.

Probably not, other than a temporary service. So far, I’ve never seen a state agency that did more than what you just described.

We recently purchased a house built in 1995, home inspector said that it would be "unusual" if it met the 1994 building code but he’s not sure. We need to find out in order for our homeowner’s insurance.

Florida and if so, are there any figures on how many of them are dealing with substance abuse issues or are reentering society from incarceration? I’ve done some research and I thought I had a clue but the numbers one agency gives are wildly different from another so I’m back to square one

Any veteran who is homeless is a shame to the nation, the veteran once served. The VA has made the homeless veteran a priority in finding these veterans and providing the services they need to get off the street. As a veteran and an advocate for solving the homeless problem, in my nation, it is my concern that there should be no homeless person in the US. Home is in Broward County, an hour drive. Obviously an individual seller will remove his tag and will not provide me with a temp tag.

All you need is a dated paper tag that says "Tags Applied For". If you have all the documentation in the car and you happen to get pulled over the paperwork will be clear that you just bought the car and you are transporting it home. All of this is perfectly legal.

You need to contact your insurance agent and get the car covered before making the trip.

I obviously have no clue what to look for when it comes to knowing what the best cosmetology school is. They all seem to offer the same things. What does a good salon owner look for when hiring employees?

One’s success may also depend on the person’s eagerness to learn and keep one’s skills updated with continuing education classes and having great customer service skills. Please forgo those private $$ tech schools and instead look into the county vo-tech school for a cosmetology program. A neighbor went to school for cos and apparently most graduates seem to struggle to ‘get a book’ of regular customers for a couple of years until possibly making decent money.
