I don’t think that it matters if the machines are broke or not.
There is already proof that the electronic voting machines can be manipulated to tally the votes in any way that they would like. So, what’s it matter?
People don’t care that these voting machines can be hacked….why care if they are broken?

I think some one does not want a certain person getting any votes. I will not say who since both republicans and democrats are voting. Even though there are no delegates awarded to democrats it is because of Amendment 1 that will cause them to go and vote anyway.
